🚨 “You can’t overdose on supplements — you just p*e out the extra.”
Yeah… that’s actually not how the human body works.
While some vitamins are water-soluble (like vitamin C & B vitamins), taking excessive amounts can STILL cause serious side effects — including nerve damage, kidney stones, liver toxicity, heart rhythm issues, and even death in extreme cases.
And fat-soluble vitamins? (A, D, E, K)
Your body STORES them. Meaning they can build up to toxic levels over time.
Examples:
⚠️ Too much Vitamin D → calcium overload & kidney damage
⚠️ Too much Vitamin A → liver damage, headaches, bone issues
⚠️ Too much Iron → organ failure
⚠️ Too much B6 → nerve damage
Stop taking supplements because an influencer said they were “life changing.”
The wellness industry has convinced people that if something is “natural,” it must be harmless. That is FALSE.
You absolutely CAN overdose on vitamins and supplements.
And we are seeing more people damage their metabolism, hormones, liver, kidneys, nervous system, and gut health because they are self-prescribing massive doses of products they don’t understand.
Here’s the scary part:
Most people aren’t even reading the INGREDIENTS.
They’re only looking at the marketing claims.
“Boosts metabolism.”
“Balances hormones.”
“Increases energy.”
“Burns fat.”
But what’s actually inside?
❌ Stimulants
❌ Mega-dosed vitamins
❌ Synthetic fillers
❌ Poor-quality ingredients
❌ Unregulated blends
Many supplements on the market are NOT third-party tested. Meaning what’s on the label may not even be what’s in the bottle.
And combining multiple “wellness” supplements?
That’s where things can get dangerous fast.
Supplements should be treated with the same level of respect as medication — because they alter body chemistry.
At The Results Lounge, we don’t guess.
We test.
We evaluate your metabolism, hormones, deficiencies, stress response, inflammation, and overall health before recommending anything.
Because the goal isn’t to take MORE supplements.
The goal is to take the RIGHT support for YOUR body.
Your health is too important to outsource to social media trends.
