Last Saturday was such a delight! Thank you Ardoin for inviting me to close out your 2-year yoga anniversary at Physical Therapy with a mini-sound meditation. Let me tell you…Every. Single. Human. here was so grateful, kind, and loving. Reminds me why I moved back to the south - the southern comfort/love is like none other!
I am writing back to inquiries today - a bit delayed this week due to moving homes and prepping for Peruvian travels (more deets in next post).
