Brooke has been teaching yoga and practicing meditation for 10 years. Recently, she has found new passions to share with the world in Holographic Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, and Divine Feminine Gatherings. She finds great joy in sharing these passions through hosting Retreats, Workshops, Private Sessions, + Events such as Sound Baths, Yoga Events, Women's Circles, and Cacao Ceremonies.
