Gazing at the Light ☀️☀️☀️
Hello Lovelies,
I thought I would let you know two fascinating tips today.
1) The Tai Chi and Qigong masters of China say if we look down, our organs prolapse!! Who would have known? And how many of us may look down despondently when depressed? (And this posture impacts everything - neck, back, spine, etc.) Just looking down impedes blood flow to the head and brain. Kundalini energy cannot flow up the spine to the brain. Our chest contracts and our breath becomes shallow.
And how many of us look down at our cell phone in our hands?
Check it out and notice your head drop and the cascade of effects. 😳
What can you do about this bad body posture? You can simply be more aware and try to keep your eyes level. 👀 Lift your phone or book up. And stand up straight, eyes level.
Some qigong masters say: Keep your eyes on the horizon and move as if stalking prey!
2) All I can say about looking up is that it is symbolic of accessing all expansive things: sky, 🌞🌝⭐️cosmos, birds, 🦅angelic realms and so on. We can sense the light of the higher realms pour down around and through us. The warm healing rays of the sun shine down connecting us to Heaven. 🌞🌞🌞
🌲
Ideally, we can stand like a tree with roots in Mother Earth and head in Father Sky. 🌳🌳🌳This is an ancient Qigong practice.
Also we can sit on a mountain top and gaze at the vast, empty, clear blue sky. This is a Sky Gazing technique from Tibet. Your mind is a reflection of the sky: vast, empty and luminous. 🗾
