Today was a very special day. Mack started building this acadian style home in 2018. With all that transpired over the next 3 years he wasn’t able to finish it. Gary Melancon, pictured here, would visit Mack often and in those visits Mack told him he wanted to put it in the shop when he was done. After Mack passed, the house sat unfinished, but Gary and Denny offered to complete Mack’s work for me. What a wonderful job they did. So Mack’s wishes happened today. We have it set up in the shop serving as a beautiful reminder of one of Mack’s passions - building. Thank you Gary and Denny for finishing the work Mack began. He would be so proud of you guys! Definitely a heartwarming day for me. So very grateful .
