14 days of plant based meals - no caffeine, no sugar, no alcohol, no meat, no dairy, no eggs. I DID IT! šš¼
I have so much to share, but for now hereās the recap of majority of my meals. It was more about coming home to myself, my body and getting quiet enough to listen to what my body is trying to signal to me that it needs (or doesnāt).
