Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our incredible Occupational Therapist, Delaney! 🎉

Delaney continues to invest in her professional growth and has earned certifications as a:

💙 Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

But what makes us most proud goes far beyond the credentials behind her name.

Delaney is a dedicated mother, a passionate therapist, and a woman who continues to pursue growth not only professionally, but personally, educationally, and spiritually. She continues to pour into herself so that she can pour into the patients, families, and community we have the privilege of serving.

One of the most beautiful things about Delaney is her unwavering faith and her heart for leading others closer to Christ. She doesn't just speak about her faith; she strives to live it through her actions, the way she loves others, and the compassion she brings into everything she does. Her commitment to growing spiritually while encouraging those around her to do the same is something we deeply admire.

Behind every certification are countless hours of studying, sacrifice, determination, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Watching Delaney embrace this journey of growth has been such a blessing. Her commitment to expanding her knowledge, strengthening her skills, and providing meaningful, individualized care reflects the very heart of what we are building at NeuroCollective.

We need to change the TASK or ENVIRONMENT.

For someone experiencing cognitive changes, something as simple as reducing clutter, labeling commonly used areas, establishing consistent routines, simplifying instructions, or adding visual reminders can make everyday activities easier.

Compensation isn't “giving up.”

It's creating a better pathway to success.
