So I’m doing something I’ve NEVER done before at Headspace Healing…

🌿 THE 45-DAY UNLIMITED PASS 🌿
$175 — one-time payment
And I’m only releasing 10 PASSES.

For 45 days, come as often as you need and choose from:

✨ Crown Awakening — 60 min
✨ Tingle Sanctuary — 60 min
✨ Sacred Stillness — 45 min
✨ Deep Reset — 30 min

Had a stressful week? Come in.
Need to quiet your mind? Come in.
Feeling overstimulated and just need somewhere to be for a while? Come in.
Want to come more than once a week? COME IN. 💜

Your 45 days don't even begin until your first appointment.

And because I know some of you love your longer sessions, passholders will also receive $40 OFF a 90-minute Safe Haven session during their 45 days.

🌙 A few important details: One session per day, appointments are required and subject to availability, passes are non-transferable, and you may have up to 2 future appointments reserved at a time. (ie: you book a Tuesday and Thursday, you have to wait until you use one of those sessions to book the next one, that way I still have availability for everyone 😉)

Tonight, I’ll be guiding our Restorative Yoga class at 6:30 PM at Yoga RelaxationRemedies (same building as HeadspaceHealing). 💜

This isn’t about pushing your body, perfecting a pose, or working up a sweat.

It’s about slowing down.

✨ Supported, restful poses
✨ Gentle stretching & movement
✨ Deep breathing
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Guided relaxation
✨ A space to simply rest and receive

Restorative yoga uses props and longer-held, comfortable positions to allow your body to soften while your mind begins to quiet. It’s perfect for beginners, tired bodies, busy minds, or anyone who feels like they’ve been running on empty lately.

And yes… I’m teaching tonight. 🥰 I’m excited to bring another part of what I love into this space.

Guests rotate through personalized 15–30 minute individual experiences while the celebration continues around them.
