Maycember was a whirlwind. 🌪️😵‍💫

So I did what my soul needed most—I escaped to the mountains with my family. 🏔️

A few days in beautiful Lake Tahoe reminded me that rest is productive, slowing down is healing, and sometimes the best thing you can do is simply be. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌲

Feeling refreshed, recharged, and grateful for this reset. 💛

Sometimes the biggest shifts begin in the quietest moments.

I remember capturing this beautiful flower while visiting my ancestors home, Cambodia, last year. That trip gave me something I didn’t realize I was searching for—clarity. It reignited my passion for wellness, healing, and the vision I have for Youniversal Energy.

Stepping away from the noise and reconnecting with my roots reminded me of who I am and what truly lights me up.

This December, I’ll be returning to Cambodia and visiting Vietnam, while also working on a few exciting projects that I hope to share soon. But as I reflect on what’s ahead, I’m reminded that these big milestones don’t happen overnight.

They begin with small, quiet moments of reflection.
A walk. A sunset. A conversation. A flower blooming in the right season.

Today, I’m beyond grateful to share that after nearly 6 years of building this dream, Youniversal Energy™ is officially a registered trademark!!!🎉🎊

Six years ago, Youniversal Energy wasn’t a business.

It was a personal journey.

A journey that started with anxiousness, sleepless nights, uncertainty, and searching for clarity.

I began exploring ways to bring more peace into my life. I bought my very first smudge kit to cleanse my home and space. Soon after came my first healing gemstones, meditation practices, Reiki training, sound healing, and a deeper connection to myself.

What started as a desire to heal became a passion. That passion became a purpose. And that purpose became Youniversal Energy.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating spaces for healing, connection, growth, and transformation. I’ve opened my first wellness studio, led countless sound baths and workshops, and met some incredible souls along the way.

This moment represents so much more than paperwork.

It’s proof that even the smallest step—buying that first smudge kit, that first crystal, choosing yourself one day at a time—can lead to something bigger than you ever imagined. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has supported this vision, attended an event, shared kind words, trusted me with your healing journey, or simply cheered me on from afar.
