Ever notice how your body keeps finding new ways to create the same pain pattern?

When was the last time you laughed — really laughed?

But emotions aren’t meant to be held.

They’re meant to move through you.

The word emotion comes from the Latin emovere —
to move out. To move through.

When we stop moving our body,
we stop moving through our emotional states.

The tension you carry isn’t weakness.
It’s unexpressed life.

Your body remembers everything you never let yourself feel.
And it’s waiting — patiently — for permission to release it.

Same foot. Different system.

Before:
No control. Collapsing into the inside of the foot.
Years of compensation built on top of that.

After:
Heel stacks. Arch responds. Big toe starts doing its job.

Nothing forced. Nothing braced.
Just the system finally organizing the way it’s supposed to.

This is why I assess first.
Because if you miss this, you miss everything.
