My Passion:
I am passionate about massage. The physical body — our amazing human suit — fascinates me. When I connect with another person through massage, it fills my heart with joy. I love giving massage, and I love receiving it. To keep learning all I can about massage and ways to help others through it, is thrilling to me. I see the body as an exquisite work of art that needs careful, detailed

attention with plenty of loving and gentle touch. I get excited feeling the muscles releasing tension as the body and mind relax and surrender to the moment. I feel great satisfaction when I see a client coming out of the room with a glow on their face because they feel, as many express it, “Thank you; I feel human again.” My clients have given me descriptive names: “magic hands,” healing hands,” “angelic hands,” and “mighty elbows” for my ability to go as deep as needed on those muscles that desperately need releasing. I am able to find core areas of dysfunction and reduce the pain held in those tissues. I release and stretch out tight muscles and return them to a wider range of motion and ease. Clients enjoy meeting with me because I give them tools they can use to reduce their pain and keep their bodies healthy and comfortable. They are excited when they get a call from me because it means that they’ll be lying on my comfy table within twenty four hours. There, in the quietness of a darkened room with soft music playing, I’ll be carefully working on their areas of concern. They’ll have a special time just for them when they are the sole focus of someone else’s attention — where their needs are the priority.

From War to Wisdom
This is what “owning my part” looks like. Raw, real, and a little bit scary. 🕊️✨
Body: Ayer les compartí que mientras estemos en guerra interna, no habrá paz afuera. Today, I’m taking it deeper.
I’ve been processing some heavy triggers lately—from my own history of sexual trauma to the “blindness” we all share as a society. I realized that my own body has been keeping score. Mi lado derecho (masculino) está lleno de dolores y lesiones. It’s been my shield, but it’s also my mirror.
How are we, as women, contributing to this cycle? How does the matriarchal shadow fight the patriarchal one, leaving us all exhausted?
I’m moving through the nerve pain and the fear because I know I’m not alone. No somos víctimas; somos herederas de una historia que podemos empezar a cambiar hoy. It’s easy to post a flower today. It’s harder to look in the mirror and ask: “How am I contributing to the inequality I see?” 🪞✨
I’ve been feeling it in my body—that inner conflict where my masculine energy acts aggressive just to hide how small I feel. But Archangel Gabriel reminds me: No somos víctimas de un sistema; somos herederos de una ceguera compartida. 🕊️ we are not victims of a system; we are heirs to a shared blindness 🪽
We can’t fix the world if we are still “stoning” ourselves or the men in our lives out of habit. It’s time to own our part. It’s time for the Inner Peace Treaty.

My beloved teacher Charles used to say, “God doesn’t waste anything for your growth & expansion.” Pain is a given to take you w your ego deeper into your inner temple for your total surrender. And Gratitude, good sense of humor, nature, friends, art will take you to the other side of the darkness/ the valleys of life. So whenever you’re in pain or in suffering find the courage to say THANK YOU! THIS IS THE PUREST EXPRESSION OF LOVE 💘💔💝❣️

Pain is purgative medicine. Te purga de todo lo q te hace daño! It purges you of all that is being making you sick. Archaic belief systems about yourself and Creation. It purges you of all the “should” “what ifs” the shame and guilt of being YOU. Pain strips you from the false self so you can experience your real self. So who are you? Are you your belief systems that has shaped you? Are you the shame/guilt that you’ve been carrying from your ancestors? WHO ARE YOU? …. A question to explore 💝🪽😘

Hola Amores! One of the May lessons learned is to surrender to the moment. To let go of shame, guilt for not being productive… that comes from the ego. I said to let the ego die, need to correct it, it’s about transformation. Letting the ego know that it is ok to be, just BE and let the DOER rest. Honoring the healing process of the body is sacred time. I am feeling a new person. and also honoring all my ancestors who couldn’t take time to rest, to heal. Breaking old patterns is how one contributes to the healing of the whole family system and the collective.

Surrendering to doing NADA!👎🏽 just being the being, letting go old guilt & shame that I’ve been carrying in my DNA 🧬, at cellular level. The systemic shame & guilt. By honoring my body’s healing time I am also honoring all my ancestors who didn’t have the right to heal their beaten bodies because it wasn’t allowed due to the circumstances of their lives. I honor their hard lives, their struggles. I thank them for all they sacrificed in order to survive so now I can do it a little differently than they did with their blessings.
