Our new ARNICA Balm is here! 🌿🌼🪴

We are finally ready to share our third balm in our multi-purpose trilogy of botanical balms with the world.

As always, there is a story behind how this product came about and why. We promise that we will share its journey at some later time. Right now though, let us introduce the main ingredient of this beautiful botanical goodness.

🌼Meet ARNICA!🌼

🌼This herb is part of the sunflower family and comes from Arnica montana or also known as mountain Arnica or wolf’s bane, a yellow flower that grows in mountains of Siberia and Europe.

🌼In topical form, Arnica is known to have both anti-inflammatory properties that help stimulate blood flow through body as well as anti-bacterial properties.

🌼Our multi-purpose, herbal infused oil-based balm can be applied to help soothe a wide variety of skin related issues including reducing inflammation, skin irritation, bruising from procedures and injuries, dry skin, and scrapes. However, always apply to intact skin and avoid applying on broken skin or open wounds.

‼️Warming: Even though it is natural ingredient, some individuals may experience allergic reactions or skin sensitivity to Arnica, as such please ensure to conduct patch testing on inside of your wrist first before full
application.

Only one week away from our 5th anniversary get- together .co ! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

👉You might be wondering what do organic skincare and Mahjong have in common?

💕Desire to hold space for creating long lasting connections.💕

Since we announced that we will celebrate this year’s anniversary by learning how to play Mahjong, my new favorite METime, we received a few inquiries along the following lines:

👉 Is not Mahjong difficult? Is not it complicated?

Maybe the initial five to ten minutes but after that, no, not really. However it is lot of fun! Plus I like to think of it as nice workout for my perimenopausal brain 🤓

Our hope is to learn something new together while meeting other Rodina clients/their friends, have chilled and technology-free evening with plenty of laugher and good time.

Crystal from .co designed her Mahjong101 class for absolute novices and folks that may have played once or twice and are just looking for a little refresher.

🌿Can I believe it has been 5 years since we launched our website? No.

🌿Has it been worth it? Yes.

🌿Have there been moments when I question my sanity and wanted to quit? Yes.

🌿Would we be able to do it without you, our incredible clients and retail partners? No.

🌿Would I do it all over again? You bet!
