Women need about 30-35 G protein per meal and 15 g per snack.

That would give most women anywhere from 105-135 g per day which for the majority is enough!!

1 g per pound I find gives too many women too much protein and overdoing protein is still calories. I say this to women who are saying “I eat a lot of protein but nothing is happening”.

You need OTHER macros: carbs with fiber, fats, antioxidants. Not JUST protein foods.

Vegan? Comment below and I’ll do a vegan high protein reel!

The ONLY tracking app for ADHD girlies to better understand their bodies.

My why: women with ADHD present differently and our brains reaction to hormone flux throughout the month can throw us into an ADHD symptom spiral.

No more wondering WTF is wrong with me and more ok I know what’s up and now I have the tools to fix that.

We are in BETA testing and want you and your hyperfocus to lock in and know your body better.

ED recovery + exercise can go together.

I help active women everyday in recovery heal their relationship with food and obsessive exercise. It’s not easy to just RIP exercise away from a client (though sometimes we do).

Ive had my own experience and story with exercise. I have learned that I really do LOVE running although it was once dreaded just to be thin.

Don’t let anyone tell you because you had a disordered relationship with exercise that I can no longer be a part of your routine. But being honest about where you are and what’s good for you is what’s important and working with a qualified professional is instrumental.

Yes, we are being that aggressive.

Why do you hate Pilates? I don’t. I hate the sales and profitability of a fitness modality that is NOT giving women the type of training they need.

And YES most studies looking at Pilates are looking at older women and many of the studies are looking at older women with sarcopenia and osteopenia.

has woman muscle is a vital organ. As we lose estrogen with aging, we are at greater risk for low bone, mineral density, and losing muscle. That will decrease our quality of life and increase our risk of early mortality.

So if you love Pilates, I would never tell you not to do Pilates. But here’s a breakdown of what your week should look like to incorporate the balanced training schedule:

2x days full body lift (30-45 min in fine)
1-2 days Pilates
2x 20 min cardio or HIIT (can link to a lift day)

You need to lift.
