🌟 BIG NEWS FROM AWAKEN STRETCH THERAPY & WELLNESS! 🌟

We are thrilled to officially welcome McKinsey Abshire to the Awaken Stretch Therapy & Wellness family!

McKinsey is a graduate of McNeese State University with a degree in Kinesiology and brings valuable experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Her passion for helping others move, feel, and perform at their best has also led her to become a Personal Trainer at Project Fit in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Over the past several months, Awaken Stretch Therapy & Wellness has experienced tremendous growth, and we couldn't be more excited to expand our team with someone who shares our commitment to health, recovery, and wellness.

McKinsey will complete her Stretch Therapy Certification during the last week of July and will begin accepting clients in August at Project Fit in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Her background in kinesiology, rehabilitation, and fitness makes her an incredible addition to our mission of helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, recover faster, and move through life with greater freedom.
