What You'll Do
As an RBT/RLT, you will work directly with children to help them grow and succeed.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data during sessions to track progress
• Support children through challenging behaviors using positive behavior strategies
• Work closely with families and supervisors to support treatment goals
• Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality
• Participate in ongoing training to continue developing your skills in behavioral therapy

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to pass a state criminal background check
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs if needed
