☀️ Summer Health Tip #1: Stay Hydrated 💦
When temperatures rise, your body needs more fluids to function at its best. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water—by then, you may already be mildly dehydrated.
Dehydration can lead to headaches, fatigue, dizziness, muscle cramps, and even heat-related illness.
Make it a habit to keep a water bottle nearby and sip throughout the day, especially when spending time outdoors.
