Meet our patient ✨William✨

William came to us at 14 years old with:
- Severely flared upper teeth
- Midlines off center
- Deep bite

We started with upper braces and a MARA (Mandibular Anterior Repositioning Appliance) to guide his bite into the right position.

Over the next several visits, we advanced his MARA appliance to eliminate the overbite. After 9 months, we removed the MARA appliance, added bottom braces, and began elastics to dial in his occlusion.

Using braces and the MARA appliance, we were able to create a healthy, balanced bite without the need for extractions.
