Simple Solutions Apothecary Health is Wealth, Prevention is Key! I am excited to bring herbs & herbal products to our community. I am Yoga Instructor & a Holistic Health Coach.

I have studied herbalism since 2016 and have taken many classes on bioregional herbalism. I have studied plant energetics and wild foods along with diving deeper into my herbal studies.In these past 7 years I have immersed myself in learning the different dietary theories, water and its differences, & how to balance the body from the inside out.I received myyoga & meditation training through the

Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center. I love yoga and love to teach it. I received a Holistic Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Invigorative Nutrition. It was a great look at the top 100 dietary theories while learning how bio-individuality and how that applies to the food we need to be and stay healthy.I did study with a Naturopathic Doctor in Lake Geneva for two years doing hair sample tests. Learning to read them and how to help clients make the best changes to get the most benefit nutritionally.I have recently received my Reiki two attunement and look forward to putting it to use.I feel honored to be a part of the holistic community, it is my passion to help others through education while having the best solutions to offer. I do not love the MLM business platform... but there are some good ones out there. I currently work with a few companies but only to offer solutions for some of the needs we encounter while trying to eat clean and be as chemical free as possible.
