The heat is finally breaking here in Havasu. What's one thing you're ready to do for yourself this fall?

For a lot of the women I see, fall is when they finally make a little time for themselves before the holidays get busy. If your skin has been on your list, RF skin tightening is one of the non-surgical body sculpting options I offer in my studio. It uses radiofrequency energy to gently warm the skin, and there's no surgery involved.

We talk a lot about fascia—but why does it matter? 🤔

It's the connective tissue that wraps around and supports your muscles and other structures, and it plays a part in how your body moves together. Most of us never give it a second thought.

At Contour Your Body, Robyn offers focused fascia sessions using the FasciaBlaster, a handheld massage tool. Before she starts, she talks with you about your goals, which areas you want to focus on, and how much pressure feels right. Your comfort is part of the plan, and if something feels like too much, the session gets adjusted.
