We need help with:
- Art and wellness workshops
- Social media, flyers and communication
- Support group facilitation
- General admin support
- Other special skills

Come learn more, meet the team, and see how you can help make an impact.

Hope and Serenity is always trying to meet the needs of the community and provide different types of support.

We would like to know if there is a need for a Parent Bereavement Support group. This would be open to parents who have lost a child of any age.

If you feel that the community would benefit from this type of support, whether it's for yourself, a friend or a family member, please "like" this post.

Just a reminder that we have a Depression and Bipolar Support group on Tuesday nights at 6pm. This peer-led group is for individuals living with depression and bipolar disorder, and family members.

We’re so grateful to Rockaway Kiwanis for taking the time to meet with the Hope and Serenity team this week! Thank you for your interest in our mission and your willingness to explore how we can work together and make a greater impact on our communities.

Today Rockaway Kiwanis met with the wonderful staff of Hope and Serenity located in Jefferson, NJ. Their program is dedicated to providing a supportive, inclusive space where people facing addiction, mental health concerns, or the effects of trauma can connect with others, find guidance, and build a healthier future. We discussed potential partnerships and generated ideas for how our Kiwanis Club can help strengthen and support their work in the community.

Come meet our team, enjoy light refreshments, learn about what we do, explore volunteer opportunities, and hear about the exciting vision for the future of Hope & Serenity.

Hope & Serenity Recovery Community Center is growing... and that's because more people than ever are reaching out for support. Every week, new people walk through our doors looking for hope, connection, and a place where they belong.

We want to offer more support groups.
More community events.
More creative workshops.
More opportunities for people to heal.

But we can't do it alone.

We're looking for compassionate people who want to make a difference—whether you have one hour a month or several hours a week.

You do NOT need to be in recovery to volunteer. You don't need special qualifications. You just need a heart for helping others.

We're looking for:
