IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT PLEASE READ!
A few weeks ago, I shared a heartfelt announcement about some changes we were considering for Sequoia Mountain Apothecary.
The response from our community was overwhelming. The phone calls, messages, prayers, encouragement, and support reminded me just how much this business has made a positive & meaningful impact on so many people and how many people count on the products, services, and education I provide.
After much prayer, reflection, and discussion, we've decided to move forward with a renewed focus on balance.
Many of the changes we announced are still happening. We will continue expanding our products and services into OnPoint Gym Wofford Heights OnPoint Gym, where you'll be able to find many of your favorite remedies, schedule health consultations, and book ionic foot detox appointments. This added location was just natural. They wanted to offer more holistic options for health & wellness. Some of our products were already there, they are close by & there's no obligation, key or membership required just to walk in the door.
This opportunity allows many of our products to be available locally now 7 days a week! While helping us create a more manageable and sustainable path forward.
And yes, the Apothecary will remain open.🙂
Our regular storefront hours will be Wednesday- Friday from 12 PM to 5 Pm schedule appointments for health consultations, foot detox, and find our products teas, herbs, oddities still available.
If you stop by during those hours and we're briefly away from the storefront, please read the posted signs and give us a call. We live just minutes away and can typically be there very quickly.
And to everyone who called, stopped by with your eyes filled with tears, prayed, sent a message, shared a post, attended a class, purchased a product, or simply believe in what we're building, thank you!!!!!!!
Your support helped us take a step back and realize there may be a way to continue serving our community while creating a healthier balance for our family and for my health.
So, if you believe in the work we're doing and the impact it has on our community, there are additional ways to support that mission..........
It is through our 501c3 nonprofit Sequoia Mountain Foundation, established October 2025
There we are able to receive private donations, sponsorships, and grant funding that help bring wellness education, in house support, community programs, youth opportunities, resources for aging adults, and initiatives that help individuals and families become healthier and more self-sufficient.
Together, we can continue bringing natural wellness, education, and opportunity to the Kern River Valley and beyond.
Thank you for your continued support, prayers, and belief in our mission. We look forward to continuing to serve this community in many ways. We have done and will continue to do so much when we work together.
