Back-to-school stress doesn’t always look like “I’m anxious.”

Sometimes it looks like irritability, shutdowns, overwhelm, trouble focusing, school avoidance, burnout, friendship struggles, or feeling completely drained by the end of the day.

At Healthy Growth Mindset, teen therapy is built around the teen—not around forcing them to fit a mold. We provide neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based support for anxiety, executive functioning, autism, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and confidence.

Andrea Estepp, LPC, offers teen-centered therapy with support from Margaret Alexander, LPC-S.

After-school and weekend appointments are available.
