Pangaea Plants is a certified organic farm nestled in the rolling hills of Western North Carolina. Started in 2015 by land steward, Gabriel Noard, Pangaea is the first in the area to lead the way in being biodynamically certified. Pangaea Plants specializes in many common and some not so common medicinal herbs growing for local food co-ops and herb wholesalers. Biodynamic agriculture is grounded i

n the knowledge that the position of our moon and neighboring constellations have an effect on the growing and living conditions of all organisms here on earth. The carrying out of these principals into place create a unifying cycle between plants, insects, water, soil, microorganisms, people and energy exchanges. These principals result in healthy strong plant medicine as well as putting back into the earth what is taken out by the plant so as to minimize the footprint.
