I could not be more proud of our Breath Ambassadors Team today. 💜

They showed up in the pouring rain with positive attitudes, huge smiles and ready to represent BA while cheering on our team & supporting Dragon Down Parkinson’s!

And what makes today even more special...our boat & cause was organized by Stacey Egerton & Trisha Linder of , who not only take amazing care of our healing studio, but are also part of our Breath Ambassadors client community! 🥹💜

We were so honored to show up & support something that means so much to them!

And a HUGE shoutout to our own Megan & Nicolette who didn’t just cheer from the sidelines...

they got IN THE BOAT and raced for Dragon Down Parkinson’s today!! 🐉🛶🏆

Megan even helped recruit additional paddlers to jump in & race for the cause because we needed them.

THAT is showing up!! 🔥

Days like today remind me that Breath Ambassadors is so much more than what happens inside our studio.

It’s community. It’s connection. It’s showing up for something bigger than ourselves. 💜

We laughed. We cheered. We got absolutely SOAKED. 😂🌧️ And somehow that just made the memories even better.

THIS is what it means to create a ripple. 💜

We are SO incredibly proud of our Breath Ambassadors client, Stacy, who is bringing Dragon Down Parkinson’s back to the water this year! 🐉🩶

For years, Stacy has wanted to get a second dragon boat team together, and on August 30th, Dragon Down Parkinson’s and Dragon Down Breast Cancer will both take to Lake Orion ....raising funds, raising awareness, and bringing our community together around two incredibly important causes. 🫶

At Breath Ambassadors, transformation has never been about what happens within our four walls. It’s about what happens when people reconnect with themselves, rediscover what matters to them, and carry that energy back into their families, their communities, and the world around them.

THIS is the ripple effect. 🌊💜

Less than two years ago, Breath Ambassadors was just a vision.

Today, our programs are helping more people than we ever imagined regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and experience lasting transformation.

As our community continues to grow, so does our team.

People always ask why so many hands go up during our sessions.

Sometimes it’s release.
Sometimes it’s relief.
Sometimes the body is finally letting go of what the mind has been carrying for years.🙏

There are moments at Breath Ambassadors where words stop making sense…
and the body begins expressing what it’s been holding onto silently.

No one is told to do this.

It just happens when someone finally feels safe enough to open, soften, surrender, or simply breathe again.

Here’s a hard truth about healing:

Healing will ask you to sit with things you’ve avoided, to stay consistent when motivation fades, and to trust the process even when you don’t see immediate results.
It’s not about becoming a “perfect” version of yourself.
It’s about building the capacity to meet yourself; fully, honestly, and with more awareness than before.
And that part? That takes time.
Trust yourself to lean into your process
And we will be there to guide you every step of the way.
