Did you know that CranioSacral therapy gently releases tension in the nervous system, allowing your body to more easily shift into its self-healing processes? It really is amazing how much stress we carry without realizing it. 💆‍♀️

Clients tell me all the time how they can't believe how much better they feel after their sessions, once they move further away from that "fight or flight" response they're always teetering on the edge of. I'm passionate about helping people with all kinds of health issues find relief and a better quality of life.

(If we haven't met before, Hi! I'm Amy 😇) I am an Upledger Certified practitioner, massage therapist, Reiki practitioner...I guess you could say I am just really fascinated by the magic of the human body and I spend a lot of my time learning, teaching and practicing the healing arts.

“Amy is an amazing healer. After two CranioSacral sessions with Healy work in one week my life is re-charged. My intention for this series of treatments was to reconnect with my physical body, and it happened very quickly.

I have become very grounded, whole unto to myself… My “container” is more solid. I am no longer leaking energy to others. I am calmer and more able to bring myself to peace more quickly when triggered. Physically I am much stronger and have desire and motivation which had been lacking for physical activities such as walking and yoga. I am also inspired to “go out into the world” and participate in community circles such as Reiki and even practice there, which I have not been drawn to in a while.

Thanks for getting me to this point, Amy! I look forward to more healing sessions and more amazing progress as my body rebounds.

I’m a trained CranioSacral Therapy practitioner, a licensed massage therapist, and a minister with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and experience lasting relief. My journey into this work began with my own healing—I saw how powerful gentle, intentional care could be, and it inspired me to guide others on their wellness paths.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients dealing with chronic pain, stress, trauma, and more. I know firsthand how the body holds onto tension and how freeing it can be to release it. My approach is rooted in compassion, intuition, and the belief that your body has the innate ability to heal itself—it just needs the right support.
