We leave for Massachusetts Friday morning for Western Mass 70.3 🏊🏻♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ IRONMAN so not too many meals needed. I also bought some things for the road trip. Peanut butter pretzels, chicken sticks and bananas. Will share more of our road trip food later in the week! 🚗
1. Rotisserie Chicken, Jasmine Rice with Roasted Veggies (Broccoli & Carrots) 🥦🥕
2. Steak, Gnocchi with Pesto and Asparagus 🥩
3. Pork Loin, Mac & Cheese with Roasted Brussels 🐖
4. Salmon, Seasoned Potatoes with Roasted Green Beans 🍣
5. Leftover Pork Loin, Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Salad Kit 🐖🍠
Breakfast - Protein Smoothie (unsweetened almond milk and frozen mixed berries) with oatmeal and 🥣
Snacks:
1. ALOHA bar 🍫
2. Greek Yogurt with , berries and Granola 🥣
3. Cheese sticks & Apple 🍎🧀
Produce – apples, broccoli, carrots, salad kit, green beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, berries and Brussels 🫐🍓
Dairy/fridge - unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, and cheese sticks 🧀
Dry/canned - gnocchi, Mac & cheese, granola, pesto, jasmine rice, oatmeal, , and Diet Coke 🥤
Protein - rotisserie chicken, pork loin, steak, and salmon 🍣
Frozen - berries 🫐🍓
