This is Jamie - yes, he has given permission to post this.

Jamie entered Wound Wellness in March 2025 with considerable doubt about the prospect of healing his wounds. Following interactions with three prior wound care services, he had been assigned four different diagnoses for the five extensive wounds on his legs, which had remained unhealed since 2020. The cumulative effect had been feelings of self-consciousness, an inability to don shorts, work or participate in activities, persistent pain, and a significant decline in his faith in healthcare providers.

Yesterday, however, Jamie exited Wound Wellness with his wounds healed. This remarkable outcome brought both of us to tears, constituting an exceptional day that felt almost surreal.

Wound Wellness distinguishes itself through unwavering dedication to patient healing, tackling every challenge head-on. Our providers - don’t give up!

Wound Wellness proudly celebrates two years of service dedicated to limb preservation and delivering high-quality, compassionate wound care. Over the past two years, our providers have remained committed to meeting patients where they are—serving communities throughout the Chicagoland area and into Wisconsin—and providing expert, evidence-based care when it’s needed most.

Our team continues to take on complex cases, helping patients heal from chronic, debilitating, and stubborn wounds that have not responded to traditional treatment. At Wound Wellness, we don’t shy away from challenges—we embrace them.
