🔥 We're Hiring: Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator (English/Spanish Required)
His Work My Hands Chiropractic is a pediatric and prenatal neurologically-focused practice — and we're looking for a high-energy, bilingual rockstar who loves working with families, babies, and expecting moms.
This is not a typical "answer the phone and smile" job. We need someone who can own the front desk like it's theirs — someone who takes initiative, loves people (especially little ones), and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Welcoming families, babies, and expecting moms with warmth and confidence
✅ Scheduling new patients and following up with leads
✅ Reactivating patients who haven't been in recently
✅ Having confident conversations about care plans and payment options (in both English and Spanish)
✅ Running our automated reminder and review systems
✅ Keeping the front desk organized and the patient experience smooth — even when there are crying babies or energetic toddlers in the lobby
✅ Solving problems without waiting to be told what to do

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Fluent in English AND Spanish (this is non-negotiable)
✔️ Loves working with babies, kids, and pregnant mamas — you're not rattled by chaos and you genuinely enjoy families
✔️ Experience in pediatrics, maternity care, or family-focused healthcare is a huge plus (but we'll train the right person)
✔️ Self-starter who can think on their feet
✔️ Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
✔️ Warm, patient, confident, and great with people of all ages
✔️ Someone who wants to grow with a practice that truly serves this community
