Many people experience intuition in moments like this, a quiet inner knowing, a sense about a situation, or a feeling in the body that seems to guide us.

But because intuition can appear suddenly, it’s often misunderstood as something random or reserved for certain people.

In reality, intuition is a natural human ability that can be understood and strengthened when we learn how it works.

Join us at Eden Place for Intro to Intuition: A Practical Guide to Listening to Your Inner Wisdom with intuitive guide Jess Bubbico (yes, she’s back!).

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore both the science and experience of intuition, including how the brain and nervous system contribute to intuitive awareness — and how to recognize the ways intuition already shows up in your life.

During this class, we’ll explore:
✨ The science of intuition and pattern recognition
✨ Why intuition is often felt in the body
✨ How to distinguish intuitive signals from fear or reactive thinking
✨ The common intuitive channels (“clairs”)
✨ A guided exercise to help you begin recognizing your own intuitive signals

You already have intuition. This class helps you understand how it speaks to you and how to begin working with it more consciously.
