Strength didn’t come from avoiding the struggle, it came from working through it. I adapted and was willing to start over without letting my ego get in the way.
I’m not completely out of the woods. The reality is that one small move in the wrong direction could still derail me.
But now I know something I didn’t know before: I can get through it. I can rebuild. I can come back stronger.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is refuse to quit on yourself when progress feels invisible.
Had I given up, I would’ve never discovered how resilient I truly am. And I definitely wouldn’t have built the strength I have today.
