After four wonderful years serving the Key Peninsula community, Blue Spark Health has found its new home in Gig Harbor.

Seeing this little sign out by the road makes it all feel real. I get to help people uncover the root causes of their health concerns and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom.

I’m deeply grateful for every patient who has trusted me with their care along the way.

May Day, celebrated on May 1st, is an ancient spring festival rooted in traditions like Beltane. It marks a turning point in the season—when the earth is fully alive, and everything begins to grow and expand.

Traditionally, people honored this through simple acts: gathering in nature, creating by hand, sharing flowers, and celebrating life. It was a way to stay connected—to the earth, to each other, and to themselves.

Over time, we’ve moved away from these rhythms. Not because they lost meaning, but because we stopped making space for them.

The importance of May Day isn’t in recreating the past, but in remembering the intention—slowing down, reconnecting, and noticing what’s growing around you and within you.
