The Board of Directors of Viviscent Inc. did not approve, accept, ratify, or authorize any merger, ownership transfer, equity issuance, board appointment, governance change, or related business combination involving these parties.

Viviscent Inc. is moving forward independently through its approved board process, corporate structure, and authorized partners.

No related party is authorized to speak for Viviscent Inc., contact employees or contractors on behalf of Viviscent Inc., or claim any approved ownership, equity, board, governance, or management authority.

Our prayers are with the people of Enid, Oklahoma, Garfield County, and every family impacted by last night’s storm damage.

Viviscent Wellness Foundation stands with the community during this difficult time. We are prepared to help coordinate emergency housing conversations, cargo container housing options, water, waste, utility support, and recovery planning with local leaders, churches, donors, and response partners.
