Project target

• 1,000 to 1,500 acres

• 500 megawatts minimum

What you can bring

• Land for sale

• Land partnership or JV structure

• Site control options, including lease, option, or phased purchase

Preferred locations

• Texas

• Oklahoma

• Open to other states with strong interconnection potential

Site requirements

• Close proximity to an existing power relay station or substation to reduce interconnection cost and timeline

• Clear title and clean chain of ownership

• Minimal wetlands and floodplain impact

• Access roads and workable terrain
