Anger, your right shoulder, and the hours between 1am and 3am all have one thing in common: your liver.
Most of us know the liver as the body’s filter. It cleans the blood, helps clear out foreign substances and chemicals, and supports the immune system. But when you open the liver in the Body Code® app, there’s a lot more to explore.
In the app, the liver is connected to:
• Areas of the body like the right shoulder and the space between the shoulder blades
• Muscles including the pectoralis major and the right rhomboid
• The Liver Meridian, which is most active from 1am to 3am on the traditional Chinese medicine body clock
• Emotions like anger, bitterness, frustration, resentment, and feeling taken for granted
These connections are a starting point, not a script. The Body Code® uses muscle testing to help identify which imbalance may be relevant for each person, because as Dr. Bradley Nelson says, “Anything can cause anything.”
This is the second post in our Inside the Body Code® series, where we open a different part of the app each week. First the kidneys, now the liver. Which part of the body should we explore next? Tell us in the comments.
These are energetic associations within the Body Code® system, not medical advice. If you have a health concern, please talk with your healthcare provider.
