When a product is labeled “research use only” or “not for human consumption,” it is not intended to be injected into a person. You may not truly know the product’s identity, purity, potency, sterility, contaminants, or what else may be present in that vial.

People often ask me why I opened a mental health clinic when I already had a career I loved.

Working as a CRNA has given me the privilege of caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Every day, I witness strength, resilience, fear, hope, and healing.

The veteran carrying the weight of PTSD.

The parent silently battling depression.

The person whose anxiety has stolen their peace.

The patient living with chronic pain, wondering if life will ever feel normal again.

Because healing isn’t just about getting through surgery.

Sometimes, it’s about helping someone rediscover hope, reconnect with their family, laugh again, or simply wake up looking forward to the day ahead.

Serenity Mind & Body Solutions is honored to support a local elementary school whose students come from families facing significant financial hardships. For many of these children, basic necessities like clean underwear, socks, clothing, and toiletries aren’t always guaranteed.

We’re collecting essential items to help these young students start the school year with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Yesterday was a holiday, and I opened the clinic for one patient who was struggling with severe pain and weakness. Today I received this message.

She wasn’t asking for perfection. She just wanted to feel well enough to celebrate her anniversary with her family.
