Club Success

Club Success The Clubhouse model believes people with mental illness can and do live productive lives. Club Success is open to anyone with a history of mental illness.

Members are expected to comply with Clubhouse standards and policies. Referrals can be made by mental health workers, therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, or self-referral. There are no time limitations for membership. To schedule a tour of our facility please contact our Clubhouse at (863) 519-0874 or FAX (863) 686-2336. For lunch orders, please call before 11:00 am.
