Discover the Benefits of Meditation Using Breath Awareness, Mantra and Affirmation

Meditation & Inspiration

Meditate easily, naturally and enjoyably. Reported benefits of regular practice are improved concentration, peace of mind, emotional calmness, strengthening of the immune system, and slower biological aging. Forms of meditation that will be taught are breath awareness, affirmation, use of a simple mantra to focus attention, and other methods that can clarify awareness.
