What happens when you blend ballet, barre, Pilates, and yoga into one class? ✨

You get a movement practice that builds strength, improves mobility, enhances balance, and helps you reconnect with your body. All wrapped up in a supportive and welcoming environment.

I'm excited to be offering Barre Blend, a 4-week series this August at Live Love Dance Studio!

Whether you're looking to try something new, return to movement, or complement your current fitness routine, this class is designed for all levels. Modifications are always provided, and no dance experience is needed.

A small update from me 🤍
My schedule will be shifting for the time being, and I won’t be taking on new clients until I’m settled into a permanent space.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support from my clients, this community, and my friends and family , it’s meant more than I can express.
This is a moment where I’m taking my own advice and it’s not easy to be honest: creating space, slowing down, and allowing what needs to unfold.

A Sunday morning space to build strength, create mobility, and move with more intention. This class is designed to get things moving and keep them moving. It weaves together mindful unwinding, controlled strengthening, and integrated movement to support a body that feels both strong and at ease with low/no impact.

We don’t lose movement overnight.
We lose it slowly.
Through repetition, stillness, bracing, and stress.

The spine is designed to move in spirals.
To side bend.
To rotate.
To expand with breath.

When we restore mobility, we’re not just stretching muscles.
We’re reintroducing functional patterns the body already understands.

In this sequence:
• Rising spirals reintroduce rotation + load through fluid patterns
• Arm swing heart openers restore extension + natural arm rhythm
• Back strokes mobilize shoulders + thoracic spine
• Side bends + rib side bends create space for breath
• Standing infinity reconnects cross-body coordination

Perform each movement for 1 Minute, be mindful or your pace and be kind to your body.

You should start to feel your natural rhythm take over, allow the body to move naturally.
Mobility builds resilience.
Flexibility becomes usable.
Movement becomes less effortful.

This isn’t about becoming more flexible.
It’s about becoming more adaptable.

✨ Try this slowly.
✨ Let your breath lead.
✨ Notice what feels different after.

Your body responds to what you repeat.
