Since I was young, I've learned that fitness was an important aspect of "life"however when I became a parent, life totally changed! Kids and spouse came first and I left myself behind. I was never considered "over weight" but I sure was not happy in my own skin! I learned over time how to do this and struggled with body image issues. Feeling strong, confident, and healthy in my own skin was and is my top priority, along with teaching other people to do the same by committing and stepping out of your comfort zone!

I focus on balanced nutrition, fun workouts, and surrounding myself with positivity.
