I know you all love knowing the WODS before you register unlike back in the day when we would just show up in the morning and have no clue what kind of torture we would be in for that day. Those were the days but knowing and practicing the WODs ahead of time gives us all a bit more chance at success and building up our team strategies. Especially in these large 4 person events. So on that note here is a sample of the 4 workouts, (as usual they are all subject to change)(official rules and weights will be added to registration page shortly):
Event 1
”Bar Brutality”
You will choose one athlete per team to complete one of the 1-4rm movements. Each athlete will have 4 attempts on the minute to hit their max for the event. The barbell will continue to get loaded and you can not start the next lift with weights lower than the previous lift. Technically the bar has to keep increasing in weight. Your score will be the total of all max’s lifted by each teammate.

Minutes 0-3 perform
1 RM Sn**ch
Minutes 4-7 perform
2 RM Shoulder to Overhead
Minutes 8-11
3 RM Hang Clean
Minutes 12-15
4 RM Clean Grip Deadlift
Event 2
“Log Hurts”
Teams of 4
All athletes work together on this one
150 Cal Assault bike (must rotate all four athletes guy/girl in same order until done,at least one cal per rotation)
75 Synchronized (M/F) Team Log Thruster over shoulder
50 Synchronized (M/F) Burpees over log
Event 3
“Hugs not Thugs”
Single file. Individual style
20 Cal Ski Erg
20 Keg Ground to Overhead
20 yrd Keg Walking overhead lunge
20 yrd Keg Bear Hug Carry
Event 4
“Baked and Stoned”
Two males will perform the entire wod then the two females will complete the entire Wod
10 stones over should
50yrd sled drag with 1st weight
15 stones over shoulder
50yrd sled drag with 2nd weight
20 stones over shoulder
50 yrd sled drag with 3rd weight.
