We have our top three ways of working with our team:

1️⃣ Targeted Programs - These are created for the Austin locals who have one specific goal to achieve and are coming into the clinic to do targeted therapies toward it, get their provider-guided care, and have labs included. ✨ (Some programs do include compounded supplements too!)

2️⃣ Essential or Advanced Care Plans - These are for the people that have multi-layered health concerns and they are not local to Austin and need virtual support OR they are local, but don’t want to come into the clinic to do therapies. Your provider-guided care works through your health goals one layer at a time. Both plans include labs, but only advanced has those supplements included. 😮‍💨

3️⃣ Annual Optimization Plans - I created these for the healthy individual who prioritizes their health, wants to age well and focus on longevity. Usually the person that needs less hand-holding, but loves data and wants to check-in quarterly on how to incorporate their new data they get from labs. PROACTIVE VERSUS REACTIVE. 🔥
