6 weeks post stroke, client had difficulty transferring from wheelchair coming in. 2 MAT sessions later, she is walking!!!
Recovery from strokes and other debilitating issues will always be difficult, but they don’t have to take as much time as they normally do with conventional methods.

Rockstar client demonstrating a microregressive pushup, which In this scenario becomes necessary due to invisible (humeral adduction) intention forces. As fatigue creeps in or if a regular pushup is too difficult to perform appropriately, this is a nice alternative to appropriately challenge the complete range of motion.

Client comes in sleep deprived and caffeinated with low HR Variability and high HR, leaves with high HR Variability and low HR.
