"Why didn't anyone notice sooner?"

For many women, an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood brings more than answers, it can bring relief, validation, and sometimes grief.

Grief for the years spent wondering why everything seemed harder.
Grief for being labeled "lazy," "disorganized," or "too emotional."
Grief for the opportunities, confidence, and self-compassion that may have been lost along the way.

The good news? It's never too late to understand yourself differently.

In our newest blog, we explore why ADHD is so often missed in women, how symptoms can look different than the stereotypes, and why receiving a diagnosis later in life can be both emotional and empowering.
