I’d like to invite a reframe. Instead of making resolutions, focus on outcomes. What do you want to see happen in 2024? Most resolutions fall away before February but if your intention involves specific outcomes, you are more likely to sustain your vision.

Instead of goals, consider focusing instead on purpose. What work are you here to do? What lights you up? Something you’d do even if you didn’t get paid?

Revisit your outcomes and purpose daily and see what happens!

Here are mine. My purpose is clear: I’m here to serve those who want to upgrade their lives on all levels. My outcome for the new year is to be the best functional nutritionist I can, helping to create lasting change and wholeness with my treasured clients.

I also recently became a hospice volunteer. Yes, it’s a unique calling and one I am passionate about. As Rumi said “Life is a balance between holding on and letting go.”

I will be there to hold their hand when the time comes.

When we don’t get what we need from processed food, our body says “No, that didn’t satisfy me”, and we eat more in an attempt to meet our nutrient needs.
