So excited to kick off an exciting new partnership with the JCC of Central New Jersey!

Today our team Joy and David had the opportunity to meet with Beth and JCC leadership and experience their community-based programs firsthand. We talked about collaborating to create more fun, inclusive, supportive, and community-centered opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

Hearing the heart behind what the JCC is building genuinely made us feel at home, and we’re incredibly excited about what this collaboration could bring to the families we support.

At Kindly Direct Care, our goal is to provide more than just daily supports. It’s to truly be there for our individuals and families, helping build confidence, strengthen life skills, increase independence, and foster deeper community connection through creative partnerships and meaningful community opportunities.

Hearing the heart behind what the JCC is building made us really excited about what we may be able to create together for the families we support.

Our goal in coming together is to build upon our shared synergies and heart to create more opportunities, more connection, and more belonging for individuals with disabilities.

This spotlight is for David, the heart behind so much of the hands-on training we provide at Kindly Direct Care.

From CPR and CMT training, to helping families through paperwork, technical setup, and those overwhelming “where do I even start?” moments… David brings patience, compassion, and real-world experience into every home he walks into.

Family caregivers deserve more recognition than they receive.

They are some of the most selfless people in the world.

They show up every single day.
Tired or not.
Overwhelmed or not.
Busy or not.

And they do it because they love someone deeply.

That’s why we are so passionate about family-hired support.

Because if someone is already dedicating their life to caring for their loved one, they deserve support too.

They deserve guidance.
They deserve respect.
They deserve resources.
And yes, they deserve to be compensated for the care they’re already providing.

Caregiving is real work.
