Hey folks, if you’re on a GLP-1 💉 right now, please read this.
This is not a judgment post. We are not against GLP-1 medications at all. In fact, we understand why many people choose them. Most people aren’t looking for a quick fix. They’re looking for better health, more energy, less pain, and a better quality of life.
What we do want you to know is that studies are showing people can lose a significant amount of muscle while losing weight on a GLP-1.
And muscle matters.
Muscle helps support your metabolism, strength, mobility, energy, and long-term health. It’s one of the biggest predictors of how well we age.
That’s why if you’re using a GLP-1 or not, we encourage you to focus on more than just the number on the scale. Prioritize protein. Move your body. Strength train when you’re able. Protect the muscle that helps keep you healthy and independent for years to come.
We never want you to just get smaller. We want you to get healthier and live a more enjoyable life.
That’s exactly why we have a program specifically designed to help people on GLP-1 medications prioritize protein, protect muscle, and have coaching and support every step of the way.
And one more thing…
If GLP-1 medications aren’t for you, that’s completely okay. But this post isn’t the place for judgment or negativity. In fact, we are not here to debate. Everyone’s health journey is different, and people deserve support, not criticism.
