That's Leanne — PSAC runner-up in both the pentathlon and heptathlon — on what happened when she came to us for a shoulder injury and left throwing, jumping, AND running better.

Here's the thing most places get wrong: they treat the injury and stop there. Fix the shoulder, send you home. But your shoulder doesn't compete in a vacuum. Leanne's rehab showed up in her shot put, her explosiveness, her jumps — because we don't chase one piece. We build the whole athlete.

TWO YEARS.

Two years ago we showed up to start something from scratch with one hard question: are you willing to do this the right way, every single day, when nobody's watching?

Turns out — yeah. We were.

So we bet everything on a simple idea: do the work, do it right, and never lie to people about what it takes. No shortcuts. No "fixed in one session." No before-and-afters built to make you feel broken.

Just reps. The slow kind. The honest kind. The kind that doesn't fit on a highlight reel. Day after day. Client after client.

And the people who get it kept showing up. D1 through D3 athletes. Military. First responders. Musicians. Dancers. Everyday gym warriors. Regular humans grinding through regular life — every one of them putting in the work when quitting would've been easier.

We grew the team (shoutout Erik). We added equipment for Rehab. For Performance. And now we're building out Wellness too.

We're not comfortable. We're not done. Comfortable is where progress goes to die.

This is for all you out there on a Monday contemplating NOT doing your workout or rehab today....

"After a month, I could just tell so much of a difference."
The early days of PT don't feel like much. You're doing movements that might seem like they're doing nothing. The workouts feel rough. Progress feels invisible.

Then you look up a week in or a month later and realize how much has actually changed.

That's the part the "fixed in one session" crowd will never tell you. Real recovery is built on the days you almost skipped — the boring reps, the small movements, the showing up when it doesn't feel productive yet.

Couldn't be more excited to see Leighanne succeed — she's earned every bit of it.

She came to EntryPoint needing help with her shoulder, but she needed an approach that kept her competing AND worked around being away at college. EntryPoint delivered a full system. She executed it.

Fast forward to now: career highs across the board, a silver medal in the heptathlon, AND helping her team take home PSAC team gold.

Oh, and btw… she's only a junior. The final form is still loading. 👀

Congrats Leighanne — you deserve all the hype! 🥈🥇

Let's be clear up front: this isn't every client, and I'm not pretending everyone walks away "fixed" after one session. You've seen those magic "completely better in 1 session!?!" posts — that's not reality, and it's not what I'm selling.
But getting someone a quick feel-good win? That's still pretty fun.
What actually matters here is what this represents: when you start looking at the whole human instead of just the pain, real progress becomes possible. Even small changes can shift someone's whole day — even from across the country.
