CHV Lakewood is MOVING! Our Lakewood office will be closed Friday March 17th and Monday March 20th in order to move the office. During this transition time, our phones will be answered by our on call team so PLEASE be patient when calling or call back next week. During the hours of 4pm and 6 or 7pm on Friday March 17th, our phones will be disabled in order to move the phone server, and CHV will be unreachable. If you have an urgent need during this time, please call 911 or go to your earliest emergency room.

After much anticipation, the Avista office has reopened. The hospital will remain closed until January 18, 2022 for ongoing cleaning and preparations following the Marshall Fire.

The Colorado Heart and Vascular team have been closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation and the impacts on the community.

In accordance with the stay at home order issued by the State of Colorado, medical services are still essential and deemed appropriate for travel.

We are offering our established patients the possibility of telehealth visits, as well as, in office visits and diagnostic testing for continuity of care. Please call our office to determine if you are eligible for a telehealth visit.

Please note, if you are experiencing viral or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you do not come into the office but call to be scheduled as a telehealth visit or reschedule your appointment for a later date.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely as it evolves and notify you promptly with any changes.
