Preparing my room for a soon-to-be new mama’s last prenatal massage before baby arrives.

Prenatal massage is one of my favorite services I offer. Knowing the weight that carrying a baby brings, not just physically, but also emotionally makes me want to lighten the load a bit with nurturing a mama’s body and soul.

I feel honored when I get to journey through a pregnancy with a woman who trusts me to care for them in this way.

Did you know we carry a selection of small vineyard, mostly all organic wines?

For a number of years, I did business as The Vault and had a little wine bar. Now, we sell those wines here at our spa.

Small vineyard and organic means a few things. Most of the vineyards are small, family owned productions that have been passed down through generations. This means less hands have messed with the wine that you drink, and the grapes have been grown with precision and care, rather than mass production.

Organic means less toxic load than your mass produced wines, and it also means no added sugar. To be officially organic, wines cannot have added sugar or artificial sweeteners. This, in turn, can generally mean less likelihood of headache after consuming.
Organic wines also have NO ADDED sulfites. This doesn’t mean sulfite free, it just means none have been added during fermentation.
