For anyone who hasn't been in recently, Thai massage is now available!

What to expect:

A Thai massage session is an active, collaborative experience, often called "lazy yoga," where you remain fully clothed in comfortable clothing while a therapist guides you through stretches, joint mobilization, and rhythmic acupressure on a floor mat. Expect deep, full-body work using hands, elbows, knees, and feet to increase flexibility and release tension without the use of oil.

*Side note jeep fest is coming up August 8th so head down to see me and throw you some ducks 😉

Today I looked at my schedule and said to myself, "Oh good some of my favorite clients are coming in today". Then I thought about it and was like I say that like every day. Just feeling so grateful for all my amazing clients that I'm always happy to see, that make my job so enjoyable and that have been so generous and have helped me build my business for what will be 3 years in March! I appreciate and value you all so much and hope you all have the best Christmas ever!
